Ordering

When you have chosen your clothing you can order from us directly by phone, email or by using the contact form. Please remember to attach an image of your logo to the email preferably as a jpeg. Do phone so we can discuss your requirements in detail.
We will then work out the total cost and send you a quotation. If you would like to go ahead and place an order we will send you a sample of the design for your approval, either by scanning or by sending a sample by post. These will be fully stitched on fabric once we have had confirmation in writing or by email that the logo is okay.
We will now order the garments and proceed with the embroidery or printing. This normally takes 7 to 21 days.
The finished items will be packed and sent to you by a reliable carrier.
Payment must be made before the goods are dispatched. This can be made by using a credit card, debit card or cheque (made payable to ‘Brilliant Embroidery Limited’)
Companies, schools and sports organizations are welcome to apply for a 28 day credit account.
